◦ AI Voice Agent System: Architected and implemented an end-to-end AI Voice Agent system for EdTech, integrating Deepgram (STT), Anthropic tool-calling (LLM orchestration), ElevenLabs (TTS), and Cartesia (TTS) into a low-latency, production-grade pipeline. Designed and optimized the full voice agent stack to reduce E2E latency, ensuring real-time, conversational UX on the frontend. Explored and evaluated Pipecat for multi-agent orchestration and dynamic LLM routing strategies. Led development of the frontend interface for the voice agent, integrating streaming audio, real-time state handling, and intuitive UI feedback loops.

◦ Backend Scalability and Data Consistency: Built and optimized a scalable backend stack using Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery. Resolved critical database migration conflicts involving two Django services sharing the same database schema, thereby clearing a huge tech debt.

◦ Observability and DevOps: Implemented Blue-Green deployments from scratch, ensuring zero downtime and enabling live patches, Dockerized backend services, configured NGINX for routing, and integrated Datadog for observability. Migrated infrastructure seamlessly from AWS to Azure.

◦ Legacy Frontend Modernization: Refactored and upgraded a legacy frontend by integrating Tailwind CSS, converting it into a fully functional Progressive Web App (PWA), and resolving deep-rooted UI bugs to improve scalability.

◦ Frontend Architecture from Scratch: Established a new frontend repository and code architecture for a greenfield project, incorporating best practices in modular design, performance optimization, and developer experience.

I took state ownership of the project ArenaExplore.com and led its development from front to back. Here's a breakdown of my contributions:
